The first encounter that students have with the Faculty is happening on the counter of the Student Services. Student Services is organized to work full time from 08:00 to 16:00 hours and for students on weekdays from 09:00 to 13:00 hours. It is equipped with computers and eCampus software to process examination registration forms electronically, and to handle all the data on students, teaching process, exams, and more.

Student Services
The Student Services performs the following activities:

• administration of students' enrollment into the Faculty, transfer from another faculty and resignation from the Faculty,
• validation of semesters
• keeps computerized records of the presence of students in lectures,
• accepts and registers examination registration forms electronically (each student has an assigned user name and password), to prepare the records for examination and take over the records on passed exams from professors,
• keeps the records of passed examinations,
• issues certificates of students' status,
• establishes students' files where all records of the passed exams, registration papers, applications and requirements, and all other data from their studies are kept.
